▋简介Introduction

#曼食慢语
这种长得很像放大版咖啡豆的小饼干大家吃过吗？简直太可爱了~让人忍不住想要亲自“拿捏”，我在里面加了一层夹心 ，味道和口感都更加丰富了。做的时候让饼干和馅料都进冰箱冷冻一会，既让饼干不容易变形走样，口感上也会更好吃哦~

▋食材Ingredients

★饼干biscuits：

黄油70g，70g butter

糖粉40g，40g powdered sugar

鸡蛋一个，1 egg

可可粉8g，8g cocoa powder

面粉150g，150g flour

盐，salt

咖啡液一个，1 capsule coffee（20ml）


★夹心Stuffing：

奶油奶酪50g，50g cream cheese

糖粉20g，20g powdered sugar

黄油25g，25g butter

材料 Ingredients
低筋麵粉 cake flour 75g
無糖可可粉 unsweetened cocoa powder 10g
奶油 unsalted butter 30g (使用藍三角奶油/或一般無鹽奶油)
糖粉 icing sugar 5g
煉乳 condensed milk 45g
鮮奶 milk 5-10g (視情況增減)

作法如下
1. 奶油在室溫軟化, 之後用打蛋器打軟, 之後加入糖粉，打到均勻

2.分兩次加入煉乳, 每一次都到均勻才可再次加煉乳

3.加入過篩的可可粉與低筋麵粉, 簡單拌和之後 , 用手將麵團壓成團, 如果麵團看似太乾, 可以適量加5-10g左右的鮮奶, 這樣會更好成團


4. 將拌好的麵團 放入保鮮膜包好, 放入冰箱冷藏約10分鐘,

5. 從冰箱取出麵團之後, 取2g的麵團, 先搓圓之後，再搓成橢圓形, 放在烤盤上, 用牙籤或探針壓出痕跡

6. 烤箱預熱170度 烤約12-13分鐘就完成囉


這餅乾頗有咖啡豆的口感 XD...有點脆有帶點酥酥的，很有巧克力香氣, 會很"涮"嘴喔！
